Frequently asked questions
Can I automate the awnings and roller shutters I already have?
In many cases yes, by replacing or adding the motor and a radio receiver. During the site visit we check the model and its condition.
Do I need to redo the electrical system?
Often not: many systems work wirelessly. Where new 230 V connections are needed, we work with an authorised electrician.
Does it also work with voice assistants?
Many systems connect to the main voice assistants. We tell you which ones are compatible with the products you choose.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Local controls and sensors generally keep working; without a connection, however, you cannot control the home remotely.
