Is an external venetian blind or an awning better?
The slatted external venetian blind lets you adjust the light and withstands the weather better; the drop awning is lighter and simpler. It depends on the window and its exposure: we advise you during the site visit.
Can I motorise the roller shutters I already have?
In most cases yes, by fitting a tubular motor in the roller. We first check the condition of the slat curtain and the cassette.
Do external venetian blinds also protect against heat?
Yes, it is their main purpose: they stop solar radiation outside, before it heats the glass and the room.
What happens in wind?
With a wind sensor, motorised external venetian blinds retract automatically so they are not damaged.
