About us

Habita Ticino was born in Bioggio with a simple idea: anyone who wants to improve their home deserves a single point of contact who listens, measures, advises and then installs.

Climate, shade, protection from insects, outdoor spaces and security are different jobs, but they often concern the same home and the same moment: the summer approaching, a renovation, a house move. By bringing them together, you save yourself multiple suppliers, multiple appointments and multiple building sites.

For air conditioning, we hold the specialist refrigerant handling permit required under Swiss law (ChemRRV, Chemical Risk Reduction Ordinance): we design, install and maintain systems without intermediaries.

We work to measure: every project starts with a site visit and a clear written quote. We are based in the Lugano area and work throughout Ticino; we are also happy to consider projects in the rest of Switzerland.
