Checking operation, pressures and power consumption before the hot weather arrives.

Cleaning and sanitising

Cleaning of filters, coils and condensate drains on indoor and outdoor units, using specific products.

Leak testing and logbook

For systems where the law requires it, we carry out the leak test and update the maintenance logbook.

Repairs

Fault diagnosis, refrigerant recharging after any leaks have been repaired, and replacement of components.

How often should maintenance be carried out?

For domestic use, generally once a year, preferably in spring. Offices and heavily used rooms may need it more often.

Do you also maintain systems installed by others?

Yes, we work on air conditioners of all the main brands, regardless of who installed them.

What is a leak test?

It is a check that the circuit is not losing refrigerant. In Switzerland it is mandatory for systems with more than 3 kg of refrigerant, which must also have a maintenance logbook.

Do you offer an annual contract?

Yes, you can ask us for a maintenance contract: we get in touch with you every year to arrange the visit.
